This Return Policy explains how refunds, transfers and cancellations work for plans purchased through Expelbone in Sydney. It applies in addition to your rights under Australian consumer law, which always prevail where they offer stronger protection.

1. Cooling-off period

If you change your mind within seven calendar days of purchasing a plan and have not yet attended any sessions, you may request a full refund. Refunds in this period are issued back to the original payment method.

2. Partially used plans

For plans where one or more sessions have already been attended, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. The number of attended sessions is deducted from the value of the plan at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining balance is returned to you.

3. Cancellation of individual sessions

You may cancel or reschedule an individual session at no cost as long as you notify us at least twelve hours before the start time. Cancellations made within the twelve hour window are recorded as attended sessions to ensure fairness for other participants on the waiting list.

4. Transfers to another person

With our written agreement, the remaining sessions of a plan may be transferred to another person in your household. The transfer must be requested in writing through our contact form and is subject to the receiving person registering with the studio.

5. Medical or personal reasons

If you are unable to continue a plan for serious personal reasons, please contact us. We will work with you in good faith to either pause your plan or arrange a fair refund of the unused portion.

6. Pricing errors

In the rare case of an obvious pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected booking and refund the amount paid. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available alternatives.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund or any other action covered by this policy, please send a message through the Contacts page. Include your full name, the plan you purchased and a short description of your request. We aim to reply within one Sydney working day.

8. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within ten business days. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
