Coaches first, business second.

Expelbone is an independent training studio in Sydney built around accredited coaches who care about clear cues, careful pacing and steady habits.

We are not a chain and we are not chasing trends. Sessions are designed around what works for ordinary people with ordinary schedules — desk workers, parents, students, retirees.
